New type of long-chain silicones with speci

fic abrasive bodies which ensure controlled
& rapid reduction combined with a smooth
prepolish.
Adjustments to the palatal and lingual
aspects of the denture are completed quick-
ly without using tungsten carbide cutters.
Step 1 = Dark blue: Coarse grit for
pretrimming.
Step 2 = Light blue: Medium grit for
smoothing.
High-lustre polish: Yellow Exa Technique
polishers.
Des silicones à chaînes longues avec des
particules abrasives spéciales permettent un
enlèvement contrôlé et rapide de matériau
ainsi qu’un pré-polissage réalisant une
surface lisse. Les corrections au niveau des
faces palatines et linguales de la prothèse
peuvent être réalisées rapidement sans
recours à des fraises en carbure.
Etape 1 = Bleu foncé: Gros grain pour
dégrossir.
Etape 2 = Bleu clair: Grain moyen pour le
lissage.
Le brillantage se fait à l’aide des polissoirs
jaunes Exa Technique.

stoffprothesen.
Dieses Sortiment enthält 1 Spezial HM-Frä
-
se zum Abtragen der Druckstelle, 4 graue
Siliconpolierer zum Glattschleifen, 1 gelber
Siliconpolierer zum Hochglanzpolieren.
Sie erzielen damit eine beachtliche Zeitein-
sparung.
Kit consists of 6 assorted points in HP
shank. These points are used specifical-
ly for chair-side adjustments and polishing
adjusted surfaces for all resin prostheses.
1 TC Trimmer for cutting, 4 silicone points
ExaTechnique for initial polishing, 1 silicone
point for high lustre final polishing.

Orthodontic Kit
Set enthält eine Reihe von Instrumenten,
welche in der Orthodontie Verwendung
finden. Man kann damit Kunststoffe und
Metallegierungen Abtragen, Feinschleifen
und Polieren.
Das Sortiment besteht aus 4 Stück HM
Fräser mit 1 supergrober und 2 Standard
Verzahnungen zum Abtragen von Kunststoff
und Gips; 1 Konturenfräser.
2 Stück Kunststoffpolierer grau zum Abtragen
und ein Stück gelb für die Hochglanzpolitur
sowie 12 Stück weisse Siliconpolierräder mit
passendem Schraubmandrell.
The set contains 4 different trimmers/burs, 3
mounted lab polishers and a polishing wheel,
plus a screw type mandrel, and is utilized
mainly for adjustments in the Laboratory.
All 4 burs/cutters are generally used to trim
acrylics of functional appliances, and in the
case of the jumbo acrylic cutter to trim bulk
stone off working and study models.
The two grey medium-grit polishers are used
for rough finish on acrylic repairs and the
yellow fine-grit polishers for high-shine. The
polishing wheel and mandrel are primarily
used to polish wires and bands that have
been soldered.
Le set comprend unse série d’instruments
ayant leur utilité en orthodontie. Avec eux, il
est possible de réaliser sur les résines et les
alliages des effets d’enlèvement, de lissage
et de polissage.
L’assortiment se compose d’une fraise PM
à denture super grosse et deux à denture
standard pour assurer le retrait de matériau
tel que la résine et le plâtre, de 2 fraises
pour le façonnage, de 2 polissoirs en matière
synthétique gris pour le polissage et 1 jaune
pour le lustrage brillant ainsi que de 12
polissoirs blancs en silicone en forme de
roue avec un mandrin à vis adéquat utilisés
pour polir les fils et bandes après soudure.
